FALL 2006

Hello to all.

WE WILL NEED A GREAT DEAL OF NON-VOTING HELP AT THE NEXT ASSEMBLY. ANYONE WHO CAN VOLUNTEER TO DISTRIBUTE AND GATHER BALLOTS PLEASE MEET 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE ASSEMBLY OUTSIDE THE MEETING ROOM. THESE VOLUNTEERS WILL DISTRIBUTE AND COLLECT BALLOTS FOR THE PAST DELEGATES WHO WILL BE DOING THE ELECTION PROCEEDURE.
REMEMBER THAT THE BUSINESS PORTION OF THE ASSEMBLY WILL BE ON SATURDAY EVENING.

Per a change made at the last Assembly the registration on FRIDAY NIGHT will begin at 6 PM and end at 8:30 PM. Due to the business meeting being on Saturday night, the Saturday dinner break will be from 6 PM to 8 PM (instead of the normal 6 PM - 8:30 PM). Please be considerate and do not smoke right in front of the meeting room doors. (We have had numerous complaints). Please note that we will not have a speaker on Saturday night. We will be notifying you of whether there will be an ice cream social or not due to the late hour anticipated because of the Assembly business meeting on Saturday evening.

PLEASE REMEMBER YOU MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE REGISTRAR AND HAVE A DOT ON YOUR BADGE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE.

The Election will be held by past delegates who will need everyone's consideration and cooperation.

All who wish to stand should be prepared to go to the microphone at the proper time and so announce.

The election will continue until all offices have been filled.
